We've updated how password resets work for BinaryLane customer logins.
What changed:
Previously, after a password reset request, customers received a temporary password by email. They would then sign in and change that password from the portal.
This temporary-password email is no longer sent.
Customers can now reset and update their password directly from the login portal.
Impact:
- No more temporary password emails.
- Password updates are handled directly through the login portal flow.
