All customers are required to log into their BinaryLane account to update billing details as necessary.


Note: Staff cannot modify billing details on your behalf. We can only remove payment details if requested from the registered account email address, or with appropriate third-party authorisation (see Third-Party Requests).


To update your billing details:

  1. Log into your BinaryLane account
  2. Click your account name in the top-right corner and select Account Settings
  3. Navigate to the Billing section
  4. Click Edit to update your billing details
  5. Enter your new details and click Save
