Every new BinaryLane account confirms its email address during signup. After you register, the Confirm Email page waits until the link in the email we send you has been clicked. If you have signed up before without this step, that has changed: every signup now includes it.

Confirming your email address
- Open the email we sent to the address you signed up with. Check your spam or junk folder if it is not in your inbox.
- Click the confirmation link in the email.
- The signup page you left open moves on to the server details by itself. If it has not moved on within a few seconds, refresh it: it shows "Your email was confirmed" with a button to continue.
The confirmation email has not arrived
Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, click Resend Email on the Confirm Email page to send it again. If you have only just sent one, the page says so: wait a few minutes before trying again.
The email comes from support@binarylane.com.au with the subject "BinaryLane Email address verification". If you use an email filter or allow list, add that address so it is not sent to spam.
You entered the wrong email address
If you mistyped your email address during signup and are still on the Confirm Email page, you can fix it yourself: under "Wrong email address?" click Log out and sign up again, then register again with the correct address.
"Email address is not confirmed." from the API
If you are signing up through the API and receive "Email address is not confirmed.", the link in the confirmation email has not been opened yet. Open the email and click the link as described above, then continue.
